  • We are looking for a senior-level digital marketer with relevant experience in social media management, content planning, curation and management, design experience for website layouts and page content development.

    The candidate must possess a combined analytical, creative and technical abilities as the role is expected to pioneer key projects to support the growth of the business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Set up, manage and monitor the company's social media accounts and other online platforms such as Facebook, Google My Business, etc.

    - Develop and run online campaigns & ads, and optimise results based on set goals.

    - Generate insights, analytics and other KPIs from different digital marketing platforms and provide analysis and recommendations based on generated reports.

    - Develop a content plan in line with the Digital Marketing campaign.

    - Design/lay-out marketing collaterals and content, and publish them on different social media platforms and/or on the website.

    - Manage and maintain the company's website content, and update the website's interface or lay-out based on the company's strategic marketing direction.

    - Implement primary SEO to optimise website traffic and conversion.

    - Monitor and interpret website and social media analytics. Provide recommendations when necessary.

    - Document processes which were developed or to be developed for all accounts or projects.

    REQUIREMENTS

    - Have experience in running campaigns such as Facebook Ads and experience managing FB Business Suite.

    - Experience in PPC and SEO/SEM campaigns, particularly setting up Google Ad campaigns.

    - Intermediate to Advanced skills in Design, particularly website layout, graphics, animated content and videos.

    - Skilled in photo and video production and editing tools in relation to content development for social media and website:

    * Canva

    * Adobe Photoshop and Premier

    - Experience in creating and designing CMS websites in WordPress, Squarespace and other CMS platforms. We don't require programming/coding skills, but fundamental knowledge in website updating, lay-outing and publishing contents using these particular platforms.

    - Very analytical and has proven skills in the use of analytic tools such as Google Analytics, FB insights, etc.

    - Excellent communications skills in English, both oral and written

    - Content management experience - with copywriting and proofreading skills.

    - Knowledge in communication and collaboration platforms, in particular:

    * Communication - MS Teams

    * Collaboration / Project Management - Monday.com

    * Cloud Storage - Dropbox

    - Relevant work experience should be minimum of 5 years and above

    ADVANTAGES

    - Has worked with Australian companies, particularly in Digital Marketing agencies

    - Attained related certifications i.e. Display and Search Ads in Google, Facebook Marketing Professional, etc.

    - Has worked with BPO companies, particularly serving English speaking countries

    - Educational background: Degree in Marketing or Communications
