Senior Geodetic Engineer in Cainta Rizal 35k to 50k

Working Schedule : dependent on project

Location :Cainta, Rizal; willing to travel dependent on project site

As the Geodetic Engineer / Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Senior Project Managers in overseeing and managing the full cycle of the project development process, including planning (feasibility/research studies and environmental assessments), geodetic surveys, offer applications and connections, and stakeholder liaison.

-4 years related experience

-Extensive experience with property surveys

-PRC License

-Demonstrate informed judgment when making recommendations.

-Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Manage resources, time, and organizational skills to meet deadlines, solve problems, prioritize tasks, follow through on projects, and document results.

-Have the ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of information quickly and accurately and make sound recommendations.

-Be an active role model and constant resource to the organization.

-Have the ability to think and analyze situations in a fast-paced environment.

-Demonstrate ability to work independently on projects with limited input and oversight.

-Be flexible to travel.

-Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and be able to plan and execute under defined procedures.

-Be a good team player and have team management skills.
