The Role
Review and evaluate production requirements and technical specifications for new or enhanced websites/microsites
Work with management and internal clients to clarify requirements, suggest alternatives as appropriate and develop working templates or drafts
Produce and deliver in accordance to quality and timeliness requirements
Adhere to WTW standards to produce high quality products; create and manage files and folders for ongoing projects and completed work according to company standards
Carefully review for adherence to established standards, consistency and overall quality
Correct defects found during quality assurance process
Regularly evaluate team’s and own work to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement

Provide status of work in progress to internal clients
Ensure information and deliverables are shared with the client-facing team or internal clients ackill in data visualization a plus
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Background in print production a plus
Impressive design portfolio demonstrating multi-page layout and collaterals
Strong graphic design sense and layout skills
Creative, analcording to defined workflow
Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
Assist internal clients with determining the level of effort necessary to produce the requirements, enhancements, or reports
Ensure timely cost effective completion of deliverables
Assist peers with issue resolution and peer quality reviews
Provide informal feedback on team performance
Qualifications:
The Requirements
3-5 years of design experience as a regular or freelance graphic artist in a Publishing / Advertising / Marketing / Media company
Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint
Impressive sytical and strategic in work approach
Stickler for day-to-day deadlines
Very flexible in carrying out diverse design projects
Has a good command of the English language
Confident in communicating with foreign colleagues and stakeholders
Able to handle client expectations with minimal supervision
Experience working in a corporate environment a plus
Comfortable to work on mid / night shift
Able to work remotely, with own reliable internet connection and conducive space for work

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop
