To carry out field service attendances to troubleshoot & repair marine cranes and port cranes

We are looking for professional, multi-disciplined ship crane engineers. The experience-level required would be similar to that of a technical officer at a container Port, or an electrical officer on board vessels (i.e. Ship's Electrician with sailing experience on ships with deck cranes), or a hydraulic engineer with troubleshooting experience on complex hydraulic equipment in the Marine & Offshore Industry. An experienced multi-disciplined crane engineers form the construction industry also would qualify



Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of electric drives, electro-hydraulic operated cranes, crane control systems and hydraulic components.

Able to independently troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical and electrical problem on cranes

Able to supervise a team of mechanics and carry out larger repair projects as Lead Engineer

Able to write technical reports and able to communicate with owners, also in writing

Previous employment with one of the main crane manufacturers as service engineer will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: No
