Job Description:

*Can create & analyze (GPSI) Global Production Sales Inventory, basically production, sales, FG inventory & Material/Capacity Plan

*Maintain a close relationship with manufacturing facilities to ensure clear understanding of resources levels, balanced with orders demand to ensure customer and business objectives are met,

*Develop and implement tools and strategies for defining short, medium, and long-term capacity requirement of production/business

*Work with cross functional teams across the business such sales dept, operations/production, logistics and supply chain

*Promote execution of operation plans as well as checking & monitoring of GPSI issued was being implemented & met by production

*Lead discussions with all levels of leadership to recommend resource adjustments needed to effectively execute against planned demand

*Decide the In-Out injection ratio and resin PO ratio
