  • Job Responsibilities:

    Manages and supports daily operations of recruitment team.

    Plans, directs and manages recruitment in general from sourcing, processing and recommending applicants to positions they are qualified for

    Coordinates with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Plots the manpower requests according to the ramp and attrition plan of each campaign.

    Forecasts recruitment budget and make sure that all recruitment related expenses are presented to management for approval.

    Generally responsible for implementing and developing recruitment selection process and practices

    Updates recruitment policies and procedures to ensure that quality recruiting is maintained

    Develop, update and implement recruitment documents or recruitment forms necessary for each recruitment selection process.

    Creation of Recruitment Reports and delegation of tasks to Recruitment team.

    Coordinating with Branding and Marketing for recruitment activities and initiatives planning and implementing.

    Conducting in depth interviews for Senior Managerial and Managerial positions before endorsing to the hiring department.

    Performs other tasks assigned.

    Job Qualifications:

    Graduate of BS Psychology or any equivalent course

    5+ years experience in the same position

    Experience in BPO volume hiring is preferred

    Has strong decision making and team management skills

    Has knowledge on sourcing/ marketing channels

    Must be reliable and detail oriented
