    Open Access has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OA is experienced in designing, implementing, and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati & Davao, Philippine operations centers.

    As a Senior Recruitment Officer, you are responsible in managing and overseeing the overall end-to-end recruitment process for both various current open roles, and future manpower needs of the company.


    • Establishes a strong relationship with the hiring manager and operational managers regarding strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.

    • Ensures clear mutual understanding of staffing needs and priorities within the team and delegates tasks for smooth hiring process

    • Reviews applications, evaluates qualification, analyzes where candidates are best fit and develops a pool for candidates based on current and future openings

    • Creates and develops, publish and manages ads in various applicants tracking sites/software, job portals/boards, networks, forums, and other social media recruiting platforms

    • Able to strategically plan, prepare and identify the possible problems and future hiring needs of the company, both quarterly and annually based on the recruitment budget

    • Conducts job offers and ensures smooth end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

    • Maintains reports and database for the recruitment process


    • At least 5 years experience in the recruitment field.

    • Must be graduate of BS Psychology or any equivalent Bachelor’s degree course/s

    • Hands-on experience in managing various job sites, social media sites, applicant tracking systems, and niche professional websites like LinkedIn and other sites.

    • Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken

    • Able to meet hiring needs accordingly, based on given deadlines

    • Strong interpersonal skill with positive leadership that can motivate and uplift team spirit to reach team goal


    Salary (20-25K) + HMO +company benefits
