Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

• Proactive source and identify qualified candidates through various sources including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Format CV’s to ensure they meet the client’s standards and presenting them to the team.
• Create and format Talent Dashboard prior to client’s consultants.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations and provide guidance on career opportunities within the renewable energy industry.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their sustainability for open positions.
• Manage the candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Develop a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, its trends and challenges, and emerging talent.
• Collaborate within the team to develop job descriptions and understand their hiring needs to match candidates to the right opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates on recruitment processes and best practices.
• Manage the growing Philippines team.
• Maintain accurate records and report on recruitment metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related.
• Has 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and placing candidates in technical, engineering, and support roles.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and trends (desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Bullhorn beneficial.
• High level of computer literacy.
