Senior Inside Sales Role – Business Operations Outsourcing

We are seeking a goal-driven experienced inside sales person who has the experience to lead a team as we grow the sales department. This person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable reaching out by phone and email to prospects identified through our channel partner portal and work incoming leads driven by our channel partner, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements for the outsourcing operations roles in a variety of fields such as accounting, sales, marketing, graphic design, coding and so on

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest (through tools provided by our channel partner portal that identify potential clients)

• Follow up inbound leads provided by our channel partner

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

• Route qualified opportunities to the sales director if necessary for further development and closure

Requirements and skills

• Proven BPO inside sales experience at a senior level

• Track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong phone presence with excellent English language skills

• Excellent computer skills

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• BA/BS degree or equivalent

This role is working for a new subsidiary company of a US based well established healthcare outsourcing staffing provider (11 years in the Philippines). Our new business will provide a wider range of job verticals (outside healthcare) to businesses in multiple countries including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and The United States. We have offices in Ortigas Center and Clark however this position is suitable for work from home (attending the office for occasional management meetings).
