Location: Davao City
Fixed Weekends Off

Responsibilities:
Develop a learning culture that is aligned with the company’s business objectives
Executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation, utilizing online based learning methodologies, conducting course assessment, and developing training content and refresher material
Analyze and review training feedback and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted
Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop, and courses
Be the go-to subject matter expert for internal training needs.


Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in training design, development, delivery or related IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team player
