Position: Senior Training Manager
Site: Davao
Work set up: 100% onsite/Nightshift
Salary: 110,000 and above (can be adjusted based on the experience and if skills are met)

Job qualifiactions/Requirements:
• Must be willing to relocate from Manila to Davao or hire someone in Davao (no relocation
package)
• Has an experience managing / leading Training Managers and Trainers
• COPC / Lean Six Sigma certified is a bonus

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Team management, Commercial skills / Networking, Leadership, Performance optimisation
