  • Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    At least 5 years relevant working experience preferably someone who has experience in being a Senior Training Manager in a BPO industry

    Must have a Bachelor’s Degree

    Must have EXCELLENT communication skills using the English language

    Must have great presentation skills

    ​Duties and Responsibilities

    Oversee the training team, making sure that all programs currently done, to be done and had been done are in line with the company’s goal.

    Managing, organizing and tracking all training materials of the company and campaigns, making sure that all are updated and are based on the current trend.

    Design and develop training and development programs based on both company’s, campaign’s and individual’s needs.

    Come up with new policies and procedures when deemed necessary.

    Revisit, review and amend existing policies and procedures/program, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.

    Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest Training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff within the organization.

    Conduct quarterly Training Department Program Evaluation.

    Create testing and evaluation procedures.

    Develop and organize training manuals and materials, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

    Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

    Prepare training budget for the department.

    Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.

    Organize and manage the various training programs within the organization.

    Plan, develop and implement strategy for management and development (including discipline, grievance, counseling, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues).

    Conduct after training analysis, see if the program implemented works, if not, revisit and amend program to make it work.

    Monitor, measure and report on Training issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.

    Conducts weekly meeting for trainers and supervise their works.

    To oversee current skill issues in operation and come up with the appropriate training through TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS.

    Helping other department managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups

    Ensure that leadership skills of all operation leaders are on its acceptable level, by conducting leadership development programs for them.

    Discuss with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.

    Send necessary reports to all concerned departments.
