    Provide an unparalleled level of knowledge and technical expertise to help customers understand and approve their maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates.

    Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity and accuracy, and courtesy.

    Understand customer requests and concerns regarding their Toyota vehicle

    Recommending and prescribing the proper/required procedures to address such concerns.

    Ensure such procedures are properly executed and customer concerns are addressed

    Communicate with the customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Recommend appropriate upgrades and/or pre-emptive solutions in view to enhancing the customer experience in owning a Toyota vehicle.


    Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering and /or With a minimum diploma in automotive course or equivalent.

    Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion

    Possess good communication skills

    Customer oriented or knowledgeable in customer care procedures

    Able to work in less supervision
