  • Job Description

    Provide general support and assistance in the efficient delivery of service section's key functions through effective coordination and monitoring of job orders, service tools, and consumables; and timely and accurate response to after-sales concerns (warranty and non-warranty).

    Essential Functions:

    Monitor and ensure timely and accurate completion of Job Orders for Service Section's key services.

    Serves as the central point person for coordination and processing of Product Warranty Claims and other non-warranty services.

    Maintains and monitor record and inventory of the Service Section's tools and consumables.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Graduate of any four- year course

    With at least one year of relevant work experience

    Computer Literate

    Exposure to Warehouse operations is an advantage but not required.
