  • Role:Service Delivery Manager (individual contributor)

    General Responsibilities:

    1. Know in detail the scope of the services to the customer and the corresponding Service Level Agreements (SLA)

    2. Manage all deliverables of the service according to the terms of the contract

    3. Ensure that service is delivered within budget, scope and expected quality

    4. Serve as the single point of contact between the customer and the company

    5. Coordinate with other involve parties regarding project deliverables (e.g. Sales, Presales, Support Group, Purchasing, Suppliers)

    6. Manage the company and customer’s expectations in terms of service deliverables and reporting

    7. Ensure that commitments to the customer are fulfilled

    8. Escalate any issues that may affect the timely delivery of service

    9. Lead and support the team to deliver the service

    10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Group Head

    Qualifications and skills needed for this role:

    1. Must have good interpersonal skills (e.g. positive attitude, motivating people, inspiring confidence, honesty)

    2. Good management skills (e.g. leadership, communication, handling stress, team building, conflict resolution, planning, decision making, problem solving, administration, and resource allocation)

    3. Sufficient technical knowledge on IT infrastructure projects

    4. Knowledgeable of applicable Service Delivery processes

    5. Knowledgeable of common office productivity tools

    6. Aware of other company processes that interact with the service delivery process

    7. Has project management / service delivery management experience

    8. Preferably ITIL certified
