Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Minimum of two (2) years of related or equivalent experience, including in a Human Resources (HR) Shared Services environment. Three (3) to five (5) years of related or equivalent experience preferred. Disability claims management and/or leave administration experience preferred.

Working knowledge and understanding of US and Canadian leave laws including ADA, EEOC, FMLA, HIPAA, and other applicable legislation highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.

Excellent oral and written communication.

Above-average analytical and interpretive skills.

Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; ability to meet established deadlines.

Clear and conceptual thinking ability.

Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.

Ability to work in a team environment.
