    Job Description

    The Service Desk Engineer’s daily duties are determined by their Service Desk Manager, whose responsibility includes the management of the N-Central Monitoring Solution and Service Desk, and the proper prioritization and assignment of all Service Requests to the appropriate Tier. Depending upon the staffing level and number of clients managed, some staff may be assigned specifically to manage the N-Central Monitoring Solution, and fall outside of the Tier Structure.

    Work Setup

    You will be working in a work-from-home setup.


    -PC/Laptop issues, IE, Windows, Workstation Software installs

    -PC Internet connectivity Issues & Peripheral Device Connectivity

    -Smartphone integration & Virus Removal and Cleanup

    -VPN connectivity, remote worker connectivity & Email connectivity

    -Restart service, verify log, backup incidences

    -Deploy monitoring agents & network monitoring

    -Trouble ticketing and documentation & remote troubleshooting

    -Interfacing with vendors and manufacturer’s service support

    Certifications: MCITP
