  • Description

  • The IT Service Desk will be the first level technical support and will be supporting our Global clients and their employees. They will also be the internal service desk for our 800+ employees, and will be interacting with our 2nd and 3rd level technical operations team.

    • Must be a Bachelor/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

    • Preferably 1- 4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

    • Good English communication skills.

    • Must have technical troubleshooting acknowledge of Windows systems, MS Office products and 3rd party software’s.

    • Knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software, Network and General computer usage.

    • Willing to work in shifting schedules

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 4
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Windows
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
