    A Service Engineer's work entails repairing, installing or designing equipment, tools, products, and to service the technological requirements of our clients in the field of industry and health care.

    Technologies in the field of radar, ultrasonics, infrared, radioisotopes, and x-rays are just some of the modalities that are being utilized.

    Service Engineers carry out installations and repairs on sites that are at the client's business place e.g hospitals, diagnostics centers, clinics, etc. They do not have one standard location, but are instead called upon when a customer needs their services and expertise.

    Service engineers train such end-users e.g. Radiologic Technologist, Technician, etc. on how to use these equipment and on proper maintenance. For this reason, strong communication and people skills are essential in the field, especially the ability to communicate technical information to people who are not familiar with engineering terms.


    * Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.

    * Registered Electronics Engineer. (with unexpired PRC ID)

    * Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field for this position-Diagnostic Imaging equipment.

    * Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

    * Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.

    * Strong time management skills.

    * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

    * Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in a pressurized and fast-paced environment, self-directed.

    * Ethical and trustworthy.

    * Two (2) Full time positions available


    1. Install and facilitate Radiology equipment, X-Ray machines in different medical institution and adjust it to meet the needs of the facility. Installations of radiology equipment that includes setting up technologist and radiologist workstations. Test all its parts to ensure that they function according to quality standards, and poses no danger to the end users and other employees.

    2. Conduct site inspection prior to installation. Check the electrical output provided by the medical institution, the dimensions of the room in which the machine will be install and network connections provided by their IT staff.

    3. Conducts training of hospital personnel preferably radiologic technologist on the operation of the equipment, software operations and the process flow of the system. Training also includes management of x-ray images and files of the patient stored in a server. (e.g. NAS).

    4. Carry out preventive maintenance of the machines at regular intervals. Preventive maintenance includes cleaning of the machine and its parts, calibration of the equipment, replacement of defective parts of the machine, diagnose faults, rectify any fault found, and checking the overall status of the machine and its parts. Expected to resolve issues at work site without interrupting the customer's business or daily activities. This must be done effectively and in the shortest time possible.

    5. Submission of appropriate Service Report. It also includes checking the status of the software and antivirus. Attend to corrective calls from the client and provide them with service report and the instructions on how to avoid the same problem. In addition, attends service request via phone call to minimize the downtime of the machine.

    6. Monitor the number of preventive and corrective maintenance done within a client.

    7. Preparation of necessary components for demo or installation. The functionality of Radiology equipment system to prospect clients.

    8. Ensures that the client meets the expected customer satisfaction.

    9. Consult or discuss with fellow service engineers in connection with new problem arising when examining and/ or repairing radiology equipment system.

    10. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
