    Duties & Responsibilities

    Responsible for the overall management, leadership and control of the OTC After Sales Services Division Units, Direct Service Centers (DSC's), Authorized Service Centers (ASC's), Contact Center, Parts Warehouse, Products Refurbishment and After Sales Supports staffs. Responsible in the KPI management of the OTC Service Division in alignment with both local and HQ / Regional objectives in the provisions of post sales supports.

    Position Requirement / Professional Skills

    • Proven working experience as service manager

    • Experience in providing customer service support

    • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

    • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

    • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

    • Ability to think strategically and to lead

    • Strong client-facing and communication skills

    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • DBA / MBA / Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related business or technical courses

    • At least with 8-10 years solid experience in customer service management.

    • With experienced in after sales operation
