  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must be a graduate of Automotive or Engineering courses

    Must have three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a Manager

    Must came to Heavy Industrial and Machinery Industry

    Must have vocational courses related to the industry

    With technical know-how in different Automotive

    With extensive technical background with management training

    With good communication skills both English and Filipino

    With people management and customer relations skills

    With basic knowledge on using Computer

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Service Manager will manage the whole team of the Service Department from customer or client

    concerns – technical or advices – preparation for the service to be made, dispatching of the technical

    personnel in different areas and customer satisfaction in relation to the services provided. He will also

    participate with the coordination to other department such as Parts and Warranty.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    To manage and oversee overall operation of Service Department starting to the concerns gathered up to

    the services has been made.

    To manage and monitor all documents incorporated to Service Department.

    To assist in technical problem of the clients with regards to their concerns.

    To monitor and supervise all staffs and technical persons under the department not limited to conducting

    their performance evaluation regularly.

    To actively participate in the occurrence of problem and perform quick actions with effective decisions.

    To recommend and provide trainings needed by the service department personnel.

    To prepare monthly reports with recommendations.

    To ensure team goals and objectives are being carried out

    To recommend standard guidelines or procedure for the improvement of the department

    To strictly follow and implement the rules and regulations as well as the policies and procedures set by the company

    To maintain high value of professionalism and ethical work behavior within the department

    Other tasked given by the superior
