  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Action assigned processes
    • Manage service cases based on case management decision tree
    • Send customers templated emails based on case management decision tree
    • Manage support inbox for incoming emails and record in database for Service Representative actioning
    • Create invoices for customers, manufacturers, and process installer invoices.
    • Saving relevant emails, paperwork into appropriate folders
    • Escalate to management customer and process issues as the arise

    Required Skills:
    • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
    • High attention to detail
    • Experience with Microsoft Office
    • Organized with day to day “ToDo” list
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Must show initiative and be comfortable with escalating issues
    • Good written English

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
