  • Male

    Physically fit to carry heavy object

    Driving skills with an active license a requirement

    Must have ample experience in electronics repair & installation

    Highly trainable and willing to follow verbal and written communication from superiors

    Punctual, committed and self -motivated with a result-driven approach

    With good interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, keen to details and organized

    Certified in consumer electronics servicing (NCII / NCIII)

    Perform service installation, configuration, qc, testing, troubleshoot, set-up and repair for after sales

    service customer.

    Analyze service work order: plan daily travel schedule; investigate complain; conduct test; and resolve problems.

    Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying and perform effective installation or repair solution.

    Documents service and installation action by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks & results as needed
