  • The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will serve as application support for the ServiceNow Platform. As such, he/she will be responsible for the day-to-day development and administration of the ServiceNow platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field

    • 2+ years of hands on experience with ServiceNow administration and development

    • ServiceNow ITSM Administrator certification required

    • ServiceNow Application Developer certification preferred

    • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification preferred

    • Working experience with front-end programming languages: JavaScript, Bootstrap, and AngularJS

    • Working knowledge of ServiceNow integrations including but not limited to Active Directory, LDAP, and relational databases (SQL, etc.)

    • Demonstration of developmental understanding of ServiceNow suite, how it interfaces with other ITIL Processes, IT operations, and business functions

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience working in AgileScrum and Waterfall methodologies

    • Experience building catalog requests for use on the Service Portal required

    • Experience building integrations (SOAP/REST) in order to automate communication with other platforms (Active Directory, etc.) required

    • Skilled at managing multiple work streams, prioritizing work to meet deadlines

    • Experience working with the CMDB

    • Experience working with other resources for ServiceNow development efforts

    • Experience working with Discovery and Performance Analytics is a bonus
