Description



  • This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service particularly on the process of pre and post settlement. This task includes making outbound calls to other parties including but not limited to customers, brokers, funders and solicitors during and after settlement, processing settlement tasks, creating history notes and updating workflows to keep track of the status of the loan application. The Officer is expected to deliver exceptional customer service within Service Level Agreements, while ensuring that all funder policies and company benchmarks are met. This role supports the Credit Team and reports directly to the Credit Processing Manager.
