  • The Shift Leader is responsible for the entire shift and ensuring that all the validation, calls, customer tickets and data quality work is completed in a timely fashion to enable the accurate reporting of stores. This is in addition to performing data quality and customer service role of monitoring all store statuses, resolving equipment faults, managing their data quality using estimation tools and arranging for repairs in a timely fashion where needed. From the identification and resolution of issues and queries, they liaise with stores and clients head offices, to ensure the quality of reported data, including client specific data quality projects.

    Strong English skills and able to confidently call UK/European Stores or delegate this to the team
    Competent in written English in order to email clients from the Customer Service Mailbox
    Ability to prioritise work
    Attention to detail
    Communication skills
    Numerical Competence
    Problem Solving / Logic
    Able to work to deadlines
    Ability to work alone, but as part of a team including mentoring of new starters

    -Required Skills: CS management, metrics and people management
    -At least 3 years experience as a leader
    -Preferably Team Leaders or assistant managers
    -Team Leader in a BPO or Call Center Industry is an advantage
