Qualifications

Must be a BS Civil Engineering graduate
Must have prior experience in the construction industry
Must be willing to be assigned on project site (Tagaytay / Batangas area)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage parts of construction projects
Overseeing building work
Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervise subcontractors work
Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
Provide technical advice and solving problems on site
Prepare site reports and fill in other paperwork
Liaise with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
Ensure that health and safety and sustainability policies are adhered to.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
