  • We are an online stock market education company with multiple product offerings teaching everyday working-class people how to get started trading in the stock market.

    Our team is small but mighty and closely knit together which is why finding the right person and personality type is crucial. Everyone's input is valued and our company culture is inspiring, creative, and exciting.

    We are looking for the right person with the right personality to handle all of our primary social channels: "YouTube", "Facebook", Instagram and show some love to our secondary social channels "Linkedin", "Pinterest", "Twitter".

    Candidates MUST be able to join meetings by web conference.

    This position reports to the Managing Integrator out of New York and the CEO in Michigan.

    Some of the job functions include but are not limited to:

    • Creating custom images specific to each platform (we provide cloud software to create images)

    • Running paid advertisements on Facebook and Youtube (after training and passing our ad requirements with a test budget)

    • Writing creative and persuasive ad copy

    • Responding to customers on Youtube Live and FB live in the chatbox and on messenger

    • Setting up chat messenger bots with automated messaging

    • Creating a content calendar and scheduling content to be posted

    • Reporting on Youtube Subscribers, FB subscribers, Video and Post Reach and Engagement

    • Sharing social media-friendly version of a blog post on all social platforms

    • Sharing audio snippets of the podcast on social platforms (audio edited by your podcast editor)

    • Editing Short Videos for Youtube and Instagram (willing to train)

    You NEED to have the following:

    • Own computer (preferably a Mac)

    • High-speed internet connection

    Your idea of social media management is sharing articles from other websites

    This position is NOT for you if:

    • Your lifestyle does not allow you to reply to social media comments within 24-48 hours

    • Your idea of teamwork is "leave me alone and let me do my own thing"

    • You do not have a creative side

    • You believe social media only happens between 9 am-5 pm

    • If talking to lots of strangers online is strange to you

    • If you do not have any interest in the stock market or helping people

    However, this position is for a person who:

    • Loves to be social

    • Has a creative eye

    • Loves to learn the behind the scenes business side of using Facebook and Youtube for small business'

    • Takes ownership and pride in their work

    • Loves to learn new things and can implement new ideas quickly

    • Adapts really well to changes on the go and can execute

    • Can handle direct and blunt feedback

    You need to have more than a basic understanding of how online marketing and social media marketing and paid traffic strategies work ( i.e. Facebook ads, Facebook Live, Youtube Live, Posting and being social, shutting down trolls, and handling an ad budget to run advertising campaigns).

    This position has high expectations. We are Looking for a long-term relationship but we definitely have to date first and see if we work well together.
