The Requirements

Extensive experience of technical leadership or team management experience.
Extensive Oracle Database experience
Experience in PL/SQL, Python, HTML, JavaScript, React, .Net, and UI development technologies
Applied knowledge and passion for unit/integration testing frameworks and tools
Extensive experience on code quality, performance and security
Extensive experience on source code control systems
Knowledge on continuous delivery and continuous integration practices
Experience working with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Microsoft Teams.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment that has tight deadlines.
Ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly.
Client service focus and flexibility in supporting client requests.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within an Agile Scrum software development life cycle, including varying levels of Agile maturity
