【 Job Description 】

• Collaborate with the IT Project Team to plan and deliver new features to create a

messaging app and will play a key role in driving the success of our customers.

• Map out the roadmap of a product as well as business models and different strategies

for capturing revenue. Be able to tell a story, persuade, present, and negotiate why

certain products need to be pushed out, or design decisions need to be made to achieve

specific business and technical goals.

• Act as the Product Owner and manage products through the product development lifecycle using Agile Scrum methodology.

• Run design sprints with Product Design and other stakeholders, from user research,

understanding and defining the problem, sketching ideas, and deciding which goes into

priorities.

• Gather business requirements, prioritize features, author user stories and acceptance

criteria, and collaborate with scrum team members to ensure product features are

delivered according to specifications.

• Build and maintain an effective and groomed backlog providing clear requirements for

new initiatives and enhancements.

• Understand customer needs, gather and define product requirements, features, and

functionality.

• Work closely with the Product Design & UX team to bring engaging user experiences to

life.

• Take a hands-on approach to operational monitoring and product launch activities.

• Conduct product marketing activities as needed

• Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a data driven approach.

• Analyze the impact, usage, and adoption of features and improvements to confirm they

had the right effect on the business, and if not, make corrective actions to ensure it

meets the required success criteria.

• Research and understand competitive offerings, regulations and other industry

constraints, operational impacts and needs.

• Influence the team without authority by developing and leading methodologies with our

IT team during product development.

• Define success metrics for the product and manage stakeholder expectations. Be

ultimately responsible for a product and take responsibility for it when reporting to the

management.

• Set up a product launch, work with our marketing team for messaging and go-to-market

strategy, and prepare the teams and partners needed for a successful launch.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the company

【 Requirements 】

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer

Science, Statistics or related field is preferred

2. At least 6 years of work experience, with at least

three years of product management experience.

(non-negotiable)

3. Have worked closely across business and

engineering teams in building and launching

software application products. (non-negotiable)

4. Experience with writing business cases, functional

requirement requirements, and design documents

5. Experienced in building B2B or B2C Software

products. Experience in developing APIs and/or

building products reliant on third-party APIs would

be an advantage

6. Expert in product management methodologies and

tools such as agile, scrum and JIRA

7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in

English. Adept at communicating with technical and

non-technical cross-functional teams.

8. Able to engage stakeholders and manage their

expectations.

9. Ability to work effectively and independently under

pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and to prioritize

tasks effectively.

10. A good analytical and critical thinking mindset with

good attention to details and a problem-solving

approach. Capable of performing qualitative and

quantitative analysis.

11. Extremely analytical and data-driven in making

decisions.

12. Flexible in implementing product experiments

based on a clear set of criteria.

13. Excellent communicator across internal and

external stakeholders.

14. Outcome driven mindset is a must. Individuals with

an entrepreneurial bent of mind would be a great

fit.
