Solutions Consultant (DIBS)

Salary Range: PHP80,000 - PHP130,000/month

Location: (EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong) Work from Home / Work on-site

Job Description:

Responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within Programs/LOBs

Identify and implement necessary changes to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability

Review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the process technology where necessary

Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties

Drive, lead and manage major and complex change at pace to increase efficiency and improved outcomes for the company, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders

Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team of the Program and stakeholders to deliver the objectives of Company's vision of High-Tech High Touch. Implement technology solutions to provide better business intelligence to programs to enable them to improve operational performance

Implement technology solutions to help reduce redundant work, reduce repeat contacts, improve self-service, improve efficiency of programs

Requirements:

Has solid BPO background and understands operational dynamics and technologies

Prior Solutions Consultant role in a tech firm is desirable

Good to have digital transformational projects across industries, with BPO service Optimization focus

3-5 years solid experience in above areas. Maybe be substituted with 10+ years of Operations experience

Total 8-12 years professional experience in BPO space

Business Acumen - innovative and outside the box thinker

Able to handle and manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously

Technology savvy and has to be a quick learner

Good knowledge on current market trends, disruptions and developments in the technology space

Must be an excellent communicator, both written and oral

Since this is a transformational role, the position would need flexibility on varying shifts as the opportunity arise.

Ready to travel between sites
