  • Responsibilities:

    Identifies, evaluates, and manages proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies, initiatives, and tactics including networking, internet job boards, database mining, referrals, advert response, professional outreach, agencies and advanced sourcing techniques

    Determines and implement appropriate recruiting /lead generation techniques for market industry, skill sets, profiles and region

    Evaluates market conditions and ensures candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated field demand

    Generates high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines

    Manage the development of database for pooling of applicants as a ready source of candidates

    Creates partnerships will all levels of the organization, external third party vendors, universities, associations and other recruiting sources

    Manages and ensures the implementation of cost-effective measures to fill existing requirements

    Performs regular 1:1 sessions and establishes individual succession plans for the team

    Keeps updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcing

    Explore the market's best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

    Execute defined people management responsibilities

    Identify sourcing team members’ opportunities and create coaching strategy and improvement plans

    Create/update developmental plans for sourcing team members and monitor progress

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree holder

    At least 4-5 years of experience handling Sourcing/Recruitment preferably in a BPO Company in a managerial role

    Good work attitude and can work both as a team player and a leader

    Level headed and demonstrates patience in helping agents with timely resolution

    Punctual, reliable and has a good track of attendance

    Well-organized with keen attention to detail from maintaining applicant database, applicant tracking and recruitment systems tool

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

    Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

    Ability to process a high volume requirements with limited TAT

    Must be willing to work in the night shift or on shifting schedules at the Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

    Must be willing to work on Shifting Schedules

    Must be willing to work for extended hours, including Saturdays and Holidays
