  • Ensures that high quality and proper safety standards are being implemented and maintained in their branch.

    Plans and modifies menus in coordination with the corporate chef, executive chef and head dietitian.

    Handles kitchen concerns and issues and reports directly to the corporate chef and executive chef.

    Ensures that all approved cycle menus, recipes, standard platings and serving options are being implemented.

    Records and monitors all documents needed for dietary, cafeteria and catering operations.

    Job Qualifications

    - Knowledgeable in food costing

    - Knowledgeable in kitchen operations and equipment use

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office application

    - Proficient in English

    - Good organizational and management skills

    - Good verbal and communications skills
