  • BASIC FUNCTION: Assists with planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising of food production functions.


    1. At the beginning of each meal period, checks used-record to determine if estimates match actual production. Records any other use adjustments necessary including leftovers at the end of each meal period.
    2. Coordinates all food productions needs for all areas of responsibility.
    3. Ensures the production of consistently high-quality food.
    4. Maintains and evaluates existing concepts and develops creative new food concepts which ensure the highest quality food and profitability.
    5. Closely supervises production to avoid potential waste of food and labor, loss of quality, etc.
    6. Conducts daily inventory of all fresh foods
    7. Issues recipe cards and uses records for individual kitchen work stations to verify
    8. inventories and production estimates for each station attendant
    9. Prepares written estimates of all food production need:
    10. Schedules basic food production needs by area, so that food and labor utilization is coordinated to the greatest extent possible.
    11. Supervises preparation of orders to purchase future food stuffs.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Accountability for mistakes and errors, Self-confidence, Cost management, Team management, Initiative, Strategic planning
