  • College-level education;

    • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience as Chef de Partie or at least one (1) year experience as Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant and/or hotel;

    • Familiar with MS Office Applications;

    • Ability to efficiently and effectively manage all kitchen and human resources.
