    *Fluent and able to understand both Spanish and English languages.

    *Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.

    *Responding efficiently and accurately to the customer.

    *Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.

    *Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.

    *Adaptability and accountability.

    *Strong time management and flexible.

    *Understanding and striving to meet or exceed account metrics while providing excellent consistent performance.

    *Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

    *Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

    *Healthcare experience is a plus.
