  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English
    • High level of comprehension
     1+ years of experience in customer service required ideally in the airline and/or hospitality industry
     1 yr. sales experience preferred
    • Call center experience preferred
    • Degree or appropriate education may be substituted for experience
