    You might be asking yourself, “Do I have what it takes to excel?” We think you do. Typically, to qualify as a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative you need to have:
    • Fluency in the Spanish language (verbal and written)
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Completed at least 2 years of college (without back subjects)
    • Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but it’s not really a requirement

    What you might be doing on a typical day:
    • Supports customers, internal employees and anyone seeking certifications
    • Coordinates within organization to explain the requirements to attain certification, manage exam booking and cover enquires across all the certifications program
    • Support requests managed by this team include assisting with the booking of an exam, confirming details of a certification program, and delivery of the certification documents a successful student has earned.
    • Handles English and Spanish calls and email correspondences
