  • We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. The essence of the assistant's role is to act as a link between customers and the organization.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage orders, warehouses and shipment thru different channels

    • Engage with customer relationship and service

    • Communication with Distributors and retailers across German and English-speaking markets

    • Support Marketing Team with German content and German Channels

    • Collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion

    • Generate sales leads as needed

    • Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals

    • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

    • Set reasonable team & client goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices

    • Experience of administrative procedures

    • Experience in Marketing & Business Development IS A PLUS
