Account Management

 Co-manage incoming and outgoing communication with clients, partner agencies (if

applicable), internal teams and stakeholders necessary for program implementation

 Prepare regular client reports and minutes of the meetings

 Track budget expenses and inventory of products for reviews as well as client’s

marketing collaterals

 Lead or co-lead client meetings or presentations on project updates, account reviews,

and campaign plans

 Cascade tasks and issue job orders to all concerned departments including Media

and Influencer Relations, Media Buying, Events, Digital, Creatives for the completion

of all deliverables to clients

Editorial

 Draft executive speeches, press releases, radio spiels, event scripts, media pitches

and executive briefing documents

 Localize press releases and other press materials from clients

Reporting

 Work with outsourced media monitoring agency for daily news monitoring and

conduct own news monitoring, if needed

 Measure, prepare, and submit all PR reports in a timely manner

Requirements

Consultancy

 Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices

 Research and gather opportunities for publicity, influencer relations, stakeholders

relations and speaking opportunities for clients

 Anticipate and escalate all concerns related to client servicing and account

management and be able to suggest recommendations to address anticipated or

current concerns

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
