  • • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

    • With at least (4) years of working experience in Sales and Marketing

    • Knowledgeable in Integrated Facilities Management.

    • Proficient in MS office applications.

    • With excellent selling and negotiation skills, presentation skills and customer-focus oriented.

    • Willing to do field work.

    • Willing to work in Ortigas.

    Job Description:

    • Ensure harmonious business relationship with new established and existing clients.

    • Develop potential clients and close sales.

    • Conduct product presentations to demonstrate how it will meet client needs.

    • Create price quotation, strategic proposal, contract according to customer requirements.

    • Coordinate with the Operations, Purchasing, HR and Finance department regarding the requirements and approval of the proposals.

    • Weekly update of Salesforce and prepare monthly sales report.

    • Participate in all scheduled sales team meeting/conference and trainings.

    • Create marketing activities and attend company organized events to promote the company.
