  • Description

  • Primary Role:

    • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of complex Process improvement projects and programs.

    • Drive Continuous Improvement Framework, VBM & Playbook processes and Drive Quality Net Savings within the verticals and Accounts

    • Spearhead in Client reviews and meetings

    • Follow appraisal and feedback mechanism

    • Conduct Training and workshops on Key Continuous Improvement Methodology (LEAN, Six Sigma/Kaizen/VBM)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of any course

    • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Process Improvement, background in Call Center, Project Management and Quality experience.

    • Special Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma methodology; COPC and Six sigma Black belt, WB / YB / GB Certification preferred

    • Work from Home and work onsite setup (Combination). Must be willing to report in Pasig City
