  • Requirements:

    Candidate must possess a Master's Degree or at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

    Must have at least 10 years of relevant work experience.

    Must be knowledgeable in all facets of HR.

    Must have a strong background in Organizational Development.

    Must be highly strategic, analytical, and result-oriented.

    Responsibilities:

    To lead the Human Resource function in developing and implementing HR strategy to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture.

    Emphasize empowerment, quality, efficiency, goal attainment and on-going development of an exceptional workforce.

    Develops and implements HR strategy and talent management initiatives.

    Develops and maintains induction program for all new hires.

    Manages the employee relations and employee succession planning and development.

    Provides advise and direction on employment law.

    Manages, reviews and updates the company's performance and management system and provide support to line-managers.

    Manages and keeps up-to-date all HR administration systems including salaries and increments, leave, probation and training.

    Manages all organizational learning and development activities including staff and other committees.
