POSITION: Stamping Process Team Leader

Company: Enomoto Philippine Manufacturing, Inc.

Location: Lot 5-B General B. Aguinaldo & M. Inocencio PEZA Gateway Busines Park, Javalera, General Trias, Cavite

Salary: 18,000 - 21,000 PHP

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (Saturday off twice a month) 8:00～17:00

Job Description

1. Supervising operation of manpower in the production line

2. Organizing shifting schedule of production personnel

3. Practicing efficient and productive production approaches

4. Management of production engineers

5. Implement schedules, plans, rules, or any other policy determined by management regarding production

Qualifications

1. Solid Stamping process experience in Manufacturing (2-3 years)

2. Knowledgeable in 5S and Kaizen activity

3. NC II holder, Tech/Voc Course or Engineering grad or undergrad

4. Has handled more than 50 staff

5. Can start immediately

6. Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Analysis, Leadership
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
