Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.

Qualifications
· Must be 18 years of age and above
· At least high school graduate with a diploma/certificate
· Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years of employment in TP
· Willing to work full-time and in a shifting schedule (No Part-time)
· Average to excellent English communication skills
· Computer literate and with good web navigation skills

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 1 year of experience
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
