The work location is in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental

Expertise in Employee Labor Management (people management skills)
Experience in handling employee separation/termination, and employee grievances.
High skilled and with strong experience in handling Employee separation/Termination/Discipline and Grievances

What we are looking for (strong points)
Verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in all activities/procedures for branch/company closure.
At least 5 years of experience in handling employee labor management.
Skills in decision-making and analytical thinking.
College graduate of any related course

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
