  • 1. Manages retail staff, including cashiers and other members of the store staff.

    2. Ensures standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met by the store.

    3. Actively strives to attain sales targets.

    4. Ensures proper maintenance, order, and appearance of merchandise display.

    5. Maintains store inventory.

    6. Records sales figures and coordinates with other departments for the reporting of sales records and other information.

    7. Handles customer relations, questions, complaints, and issues with new and regular clients.

    8. Manages and updates the branch social media account.
