  • Job Description

    Oversees the activities of the store and relieves section head of their task whenever necessary.

    Ensures that the daily reports of section heads are accurate and submitted on time.

    Ensures that the customers are attended to at all times.

    Consolidate schedules of merchandisers submitted by section heads.

    Supervise and monitor activities of section heads.

    Conducts pep talks: morning and evening sessions regarding all concerns.

    Checking of immediate price revision.

    Entertain and assist customers.

    Attend customer inquiries/complaints.

    Assist cashier in transaction problems (Handles override, item return, discount, and item void).

    Close and read POS terminals and settle card terminals.

    Conducts and-of-day process.

    Resolve problems that may arise at the checkout counter.

    Perform cashiering task as the need arises.

    Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Commerce or equivalent

    At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required.

    Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City

    Preferably Supervisor with five (5) years and up experienced employees specializing in Sales- Retail/General or equivalent

    Strong analytical and planning skills

    Good communication and presentation skills

    Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
