  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responsibilities:

    1) Help business owners evaluate their abilities and goals in the light of present and future trends in the franchise industry

    2) Help business owners create a plan of action that will allow them efficient use of their resources

    3) Provide strategy-based planning, consulting, and advisory services that enable franchise owners to develop, align, communicate and execute strategies to measure their success.

    Qualifications:

    1) Bachelor/Master Degree in Business, Economics, Financial Management, Entreneurship, Accountancy or its equivalent from top colleges and universities

    2) has at least 5yrs experience in the food, retail, service industries

    3) Good knowledge of franchise industry

    4) Proficient in excel and presentation software

    5) Excellent interpersonal skills; can work across teams

    6) Excellent oral and written communication skills

    7) Customer service oriented

    8) has a strong aptitude to learn and be challenged constantly

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 5
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
