Position Objective:

This is position is in-charge of the development of leasing, rental and related business, products and programs necessary to provide enhancement and improvement of the market/customer offering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans and spearheads the development and completion of programs, policies, projects and process improvements; 

Manages the development and implementation of various programs, policies, projects and process improvements.

Monitors the project status, ensures completion/implementation as targeted;

Recommends revisions on the existing processes, policies and guidelines, if necessary;

Identifies new trends and opportunities including vendor partnerships, to be able to develop new business, products, programs and processes to enhance existing portfolio

Obtains approval for enhancements on existing products, programs, policies and various manuals from upper management, the Product Review Committee or Product Approval Committee, ORM, etc;

Works with external and internal partners, together with the Company's personnel, such as vendors and service providers for the development of new programs and process improvements;

Manages and organizes the team to achieve optimum performance including assignments of projects/programs, hiring of new and replacement officers/staff, promotions and job rotations

Trains and mentors the team through regular on-the-job coaching and formal training programs.

Job Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity (Asst. Manager level)

With great presentation skills and very well versed in computations, coming up with graphs, charts, etc. and financial analysis.

Excellent skills in qualitative analysis, mathematical analysis and statistics (portfolio, etc.)

Knowledge in leasing and/or rental related business, products and programs would be an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 7 years of experience
